Where do we work: The Wake Forest Interview

The Wake Forest Magazine (Steve’s alma mater) interviewed us. The thing to look for here is the shot of the room where we room. Steve decked out his basement room to be nothing but comic books, MAD magazines, graphic novels, and his old (and new) superhero figure models. We write and talk, surrounded by not only our work, but by work from classic artists like Jack Kirby, John Romita, Mort Drucker, Jack Davis, and Joe Kubert. It’s an inspirational explosion of for comic books geeks and fan boys and a taste of hell for minimalists who want everything clean. Oh well…
